  10.     While we assure you trouble-free execution of the CGI on our server at all times, we cannot guarantee it. Server and internet traffic problems can temporarily affect the execution of CGIs even when your form is accessible. WebGenie Software will not be responsible for any inconvenience or financial loss incurred due to inoperative CGI or lost mail.
